TERMS OF USE AND STAY

Thank you for booking Casa Mínima. We are delighted to welcome you!

Check-in and arrival:

- Check-in is completed online and prior to arrival. In order to comply with current regulations, the following will be required:
- Submission of a copy of the identification documents of all guests.
- Online signature of the guest registration form.
- A few days before your arrival, you will receive a link with all the necessary steps.
- Check-in time is from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. We kindly ask you to inform us of your approximate arrival time.

Access to the property:

On the day of arrival, you will receive all access information via WhatsApp (exact address, entry instructions and practical recommendations).
If you have any questions, you may contact us via WhatsApp.

House rules:

- Pets: not allowed.
- Smoking: smoking is not permitted inside the property.
- Unregistered guests: only guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay.
- Parties and events: not permitted.
- Parking: according to the instructions provided by the property.

Security deposit:

A €150 security deposit will be charged prior to arrival and refunded within a maximum of 7 days after check-out, once the property has been checked and found to be in good condition.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in termination of the accommodation contract and eviction, without entitlement to any refund, in accordance with Article 5.2 b) and c) of Decree 10/2021 of 22 January.
